I mention this because I saw some idiot at Pest Control who only had the Great Axe lower his hp with those bombs you get from the Digsite and defend with great certainty in his knowledge that the effect works if you have just the Axe. I'm guessing the armour bonus thing must too. AHEM! Sigmund at the end of the "Death of The Dorgeshuun" uses prayer. Anyway, it works fine on high level defence monster. Since it ignores defence, I think it will work fine on Steel Dragons if they weren't, well, "dragon"s. I've watched matches in the duelling area and saw someone doing high damage on someone in Torag's, yet someone not so high on Torag's not in Verac's, so it does affect armour.
