Perhaps opacity could help it. The pattern fills on the left are the main problems. They are too bright...cause a nasty vibration. The circle thing is cool.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PS the text thing should perhaps be antialised.

The bg is too bright and blurry, it is in need of a differnt boarder, and the linework is too prounounce... it should be maybe 50 or 30 opacity.

AA as its called does stuff to the test. Crisp, Strong, none, and smooth are the choices. Pixel is good with just None, or else it would loolk weird.

The line work takes the focus from the background to the lines. If that what you were going for, cool, if not, you need to change it. Most of your sigs seem to have way to promentent borders.
