I took a mesh(s) and altered it to the shape of those objects. I just 3d modeled it. 8)

That is really cool, love the idea, the render is amazing, the render include the chess piece aswell? Maybe change the font to a more readable one but in that Olde Englande stlye, some of the squares loko rectangular and i think one is missing and the top left...apart from that good job :mrgreen:

Yep all 3d in there was made at once. Some look more rectangular than others but really overhead view there more square like. I dunno if its the angle or if I messed up finishing it. :?
