I think that magic logs should be made to look more magical and less like willow logs. This is one of the most common scams ive seen, mage logs being switched for willows.

Definitely not purple. I think they should just make the inside of the logs more green like the bows and perhaps change the bark to look slightly different then willows. Because while the logs look very similar the bows are complete different looking.

hmm..i like this magic trees the way they are..you can tell the difference between them cuz the mage tree sparkles..but yeha i guess its like a willow tree but i dont mind. :-k

he is talking about the logs, not the trees. He means it's easy to scam people by putting up magic logs then switching them to willows.

 

 

 

Frankly, if you just look at the second trade screen you would not get scammed. If you do, well, your problem for not being careful.

And not everyone looks at the second screen if you're buying thousands and thousands in like 100 per trade.

 

 

 

I'd agree with the tint's idea. Make the inerds green like the bows, it's sensible and just makes sense...

JAgeX gave you a solution, if yo don't use it, who can you blame but yourself? It is obvious enough.

The second trade screen is there but you have to consider the lowest common denominator of players who aren't the brightest and just hurriedly double click accept. A different colour would probably be helpful, maybe a little glistening or shine along with moss over the magic logs?
