Spheric1 Posted July 5, 2006 Share Posted July 5, 2006 The Treasure Trails, Construction, and Crafting guides all say that you can craft your own Watch and Sextant. This is a quote from the Treasure Trails guide (emphasis added): "To get the watch go to the Clocktower (located South of Ardougne). Speak with brother Kojo and ask him for the watch. If you own your own home and have a workshop, you can also make your own watch if you have level 28 crafting. Refer to our Construction and Crafting Guides for more information on owning a home and making your own watch. To get the sextant go to the Khazard Docks (located Northeast of Yanille). Speak with Murphy and ask him for the sextant. If you own your own home and have a workshop, you can also make your own sextant if you have level 23 crafting. Refer to our Construction and Crafting Guides for more information on owning a home and making your own sextant." Anybody know how to do this? I have the extra watches and sextants sitting in my bank. So it was legitimate info at the time. If the option to make them has been removed, please accept my apologies and assurance that we will get this information changed as soon as possible. Give us a bit to check it out, k? pokemama Posted July 8, 2006 Share Posted July 8, 2006 Checking back - I had two different people check their Crafting Table 4 and they were both still able to make these items. Table 4 is the one which makes all of the dolls including the clockwork cat - it sounds like that is the one you have. Try some different options in the crafting table menu and see what happens? I don't know what else to tell you - they are made from a clockwork and ... a plank? I can't recall, but if you check the latest Tip.It Crafting Guide, they are included in a table right at the end. danx05 Posted July 8, 2006 Share Posted July 8, 2006 I just checked my lvl 4 crafting table, and the options are: (after clicking "craft Clockmaker's Bench") Sextant Watch Clockwork Mechanism Toy Horsey... Clockwork Mechanism... if your options are different or dont include the sextant or watch then there must be something screwy with your table, mabey try removing it and makeing another to get the above option list all I did was left click once on the table hope this helps Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The crafting table is only useful to make additional watches and sextants (if you lose or drop the original ones). This was not clear to me from reading the guides. Most people would have probably already done this, but I was F2P for a long time so my levels are fairly high for getting my first coordinate clue. :? Thank you for your help, guys.
