July 6, 200619 yr Step 1: Open a document with white background of preferred size. Step 2: Scribble around in desired shape(it may not look like your shape when you are done) with a black 20px pencil tool. Step 3: Go to Filters->Blur->Radial Blur with these settings. Step 4: Go to Filters->Sketch->Chrome with the following settings.(you can play around with them if you want.) Step 5: Press Ctrl+U and tick Colorize and adjust the Hue and Saturation to your liking.
