Foosh
I'll try that. I'll edit this post with the result. Edit : Yay, it works. Thanks. It takes a lot of time to load though. Does it really affect the filesize ?

Foosh
I just did a picture and it is 900ko. It's way too huge. That's what happens when I save it as a good quality. Any way to make it so it has a normal filesize.
Demoris
Well, Terragen saves as bmp only. So what you do is open it in Photoshop and then save as a jpeg
Foosh
Dang, I don't have photoshop. In paint it gets all messy when I save it in a trading format. Any solution ?
Demoris
Download a free Photoshop-like program, or just download the Photoshop trial from the adobe website (http://www.adobe.com ?)

Demoris
Maybe download a trial of PaintShopPro? I'm not sure if they have one though. Or download the GIMP. Its a free graphics program. I assume you can save good quality jpeg's with it

Keiphus
I think you know what he meant... Lol... Terragen is free, yes. http://www.planetside.co.uk
Foosh
Yeah, it's quite good for landscapes but Bryce is better. In terragen, you can't make trees and it takes hours to render. You also can not put as much details. And you can only save the file as .bmp so you need a graphic program.

Demoris
One of them is that you can render images larger than 1280x960. Free version Terragen is good for the majority of users though
