Look its just a bug due to the new quest. Theres like 4 or 5 players on each world confused.

I think I know the solution to this, I had trouble with a bug in fairy quest part 1. I asked my mate mod noldor (as i couldn't find the godfather) , I went thru the abbys and he told me to go get a dramen staff to go into the lost city the 'normal ' way. While jagex fixes it, I Suppose same thing happens again.. so i think u went thru the abbys.. try use your dramen staff
