Because the reason you would cancel a bank pin is because you forgot it. Dunno if it's a keylogger or not but they do have programs which can be installed onto another's computer and record their screen(not a video recorder such as camtasia) and a friend of your's could also use a remote desktop control program and watch your screen from his computer(if they work this way not sure). My guess is that to record the screen it would lag your computer badly but once again not sure. Use another comp such as your siblings or your friend's. Then just keep cancelling their requests the pin until you get rid of the keylogger. If the keylogger was set to take screenshots on every mouse click, then it's perfectly possible for it to take shots of you clicking in your PIN.
