howdy, im not asking for 1 since i have a "KOOL" 1 already. how do you get your blue party hat to glow like that?? :?

In adobe imageready, it has a few frames of one with a regular party hat, and the other with a hat with black around it. It switches back and forth so it kind of pulsates.

Summary: Waist up of a ranger, facing forward, bow in front/middle with arrow in it as he is about to shoot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Colors/Specifications(just so it looks like my character):

 

 

 

-male

 

 

 

-Black drag, chest and vams (no need for chaps)

 

 

 

-magic bow (arrow - steel color/silverish)

 

 

 

-glory ammy on chest

 

 

 

-those silver shoulder and wrist things

 

 

 

-black short hair, tannish skin, highway man mask over eyes

 

 

 

-words: Win in a corner that doesnt cover up any/ too much of the person

I'll work on yours when I finish the penguin one. Likely though It'll be awhile. It might be tough getting that angle and view with him holding out the bow, but I'll try.
