I Went to download the Trial for ps7 right? Well i finish the download and i install it. About 3 months later i find out it was ps5 somehow (i got it off the offical site lol)

You can use Greg Martins tutorials. They are made for photoshop, but the idea is just the same. Just use the same techniques, it's really easy. If you don't understand how to relate the techniques from one program to the next, you shouldn't be doing the tutorial. Start off with something simpler then move up. :)

A Gaussian Blur is a Gaussian Blur no matter what program you use.

Just kidding around, i knew what u ment :P

Just take the basic round fuzzy brush on size 2. Make the size jitter high, the opacity jitter meidum-high, the count 1 or 2, and scatter high. Then just brush all over... you can add a small glow to the layer if you want, and use a slightly bigger brush if you want bigger, brighter stars.

Greg Martin tutorials are fine too, I don't like his method of making stars...it seems needlessly complicated with all the noise filters and junk, and I don't like the blue hue the final product has (if you follow the tutorial word for word like most people around here)...although, his pieces are amazing, so maybe that's the way to go.

Has soooo many tutorials for PS7. The principles are basically the same in PSP, so you shouldn't have too many problems.

While we're on the topic, does anyone know any good tutorials for Bryce 5?

Thanks for your time.
