Pete_the_Viscous
Chief Layabout of the Apathy Society. I have never had so much as a paper round. I've thought about getting a job this summer, but I don't think I will. I would like some extra money... but I'm not bored or lacking of things to do. Also, any money I managed to make in the short space of time between now and getting a student loan will be dwarfed by the loan itself, so will seem insignificant. A friend of mine once got a job for some sort of unusual electrical components manufacturer, and was doing interesting stuff all the time, and making lots of money. I'd consider doing that sort of thing, but I can't see myself actually getting that sort of job -- he was really lucky. deviantart account

Not
I work at ShopKo (regional department store). I work overnights 10:30 pm to 8:00 am as an inventory specialist. So I basically justtake inventory from the backroom and fill it in the store. I'm almost 20 and this is my first job, just doing this for the summer until I go back to school. Good pay compared to what I was expecting to make for my first job though :P
