I haven't mined Runite ore for awhile but, IMHO,

 

It's about as fast as Mith mining.

 

 

 

I think that Jagex made it faster than Addy because all

 

F2Pers that mine Runite ore must do it in a PKing area.

 

 

 

Takes about 20 minutes or so to respawn depending on server population.

It's great money, but all the world hopping gets old really quick.

 

 

 

I'd say it's about the same as addy at around level 75. Respawn rate is 12:30 on a full world.
