What is the best weapon in your opinion to train strength with and why.

I'd probally say fulls dharoks for the rich. It hits real high if slowly. However there is always the risk of dying.

 

For poorer people, I think the D scimmy is the best.

weapon > dragon scimiter. best overall bonuses. combine with drag battle axe special, and you can raise your strength while training strength.

 

 

 

set > Dharoks full set. if you get to low health and pray, you can get up to 500-1k experience points in 1 hit! although you will need to be by an alter (ape atol guards) or have pray pots.

ok what about flail?

Veracs? I think Veracs is good for KQ and staking not much else. I'd stick with dharoks for training str.

For f2p, I'd say rune scimmy.

well veracs flail has an option to train str and is also same speed as whip no shield in off hand though. so why wouldnt it be better than scimmy? not to mention it has a higher str bonus than scimmy

A flail is only decent with a full set of veracs. Plus flail is more expensive.
