July 28, 200619 yr Umm,the Rule1 already states this. Rule 1 - Offensive Language You must not use any language which may be considered by others to be offensive, racist or obscene. This includes swearing. If you suffer serious abuse such as receiving racist remarks, harassment or obscene and vulgar language, please report them to us using the in-game Report Abuse button which can be found at the bottom of the game window. If they were to implement this it would be Rule 16,since we already have 15. I don't think they will make a new rule for this since it comes under Rule 1. Thanks to WithTheQuickness for the sig!
July 28, 200619 yr It all comes under Rule 1. If somebody is being overly offensive in a way that isn't covered by Rule 1 then report them anyway, and i'm pretty confident that Jagex will take action.
