It is definately possible to make 1mil in an hour. It may be more difficult to average about 1mil per hour, though..

I totally agree. For example, i've given expensive items to my friends as gifts, and give them bday presents and stuff, and then they wouldn't even consider doing the same. Also, i've lent a friend cash (a couple mil) in the past, and I didn't like him owing me money so I said forget the debt, at the same time I gave him an item worth 700k+ because i was going to be playing RS alot less and i wouldnt need it.. So anyway, after all that I found myself short on cash, so the same person lent me some money, a bit less than what he owed me originally.. Then every time we see eachother it's like "hey what about that ***mil?". I hardly play RS now so it's hard for me to earn loads of cash, while this friend plays constantly and has tens of millions of gps in items.. I'm also pretty sure that two people I know are cheating in some way, theyve admitted to using autoers before and in different games, but i'd never be able to prove it, it just really annoys me.. :( Because of all this and similar stuff i've recently deleted my entire friends list, and im just playing RS for myself.. my real friends can contact me out of game, and everyone else can do things for themselves for a change.. if they cheat or dont have enough cash or the items they want then its their problem, not mine :(

I was at PC when I saw this thread so I tested it; With 80 points I got; 25 Harralander 24 Irits 15 Avantoe 21 Toadflax 21 Rannar 1 stack of 16 that I can't identify I was actually really surprised, i'll definately be buying harb packs in the future =)

Good job for not staking. For me it was always the last stake I couldn't say no to that would wipe out all the other stakes i'd won earlier.. lol

^^ +1 Trojann, it may not seem like it but you still have alot to work with. You have awesome stats, and a bank that many players (including myself) would kill for. It might appear that you've hit rock bottom, but you can still do so much. As long as Runescape is still fun, keep on playing.

I don't know if this has been said already, but i'm not going to read 16 pages to find out, so... I think the main reason many players have in excess of 2100m is because of the exponentially increasing prices of rare items. Since the number of rares is decreasing and the number of players wanting rares is increasing, their prices are only going to go up and up. JaGeX couldn't just keep lifting the gp cap to keep up with this, it would be stupid. And apparantly the reason for the cap is because of the limitations of the language the game is coded in.

Sorry to hear that dude, but don't quit. It's all just part of the game, it's not worth giving up something you enjoy and that you've spent hours and hours of your time on... But hey, it's your choice. Sorry again dude.

Join Affliction! It's not a clan, so you don't have post x times every week or attend any amount of events, you just go to their site whenever you feel like playing Pest Control and find out what world we're all on. PCing with Affliction owns. Since I joined about a week ago i've gained about 10 levels, and 3 combat levels. And if you want you can be a part of their awesome community and hang out with all the awesome members. :)

If you're happy with the level and you want to throw a party, then do it. :)

Well if you go to stake somebody with nothing but a weapon, then they'll most probably check all the boxes so you can't put any of that stuff on. This guide won't really help anybody except people who don't know what duelling or staking is, and only then if they want to duel other people who don't know what duelling or staking is. Thanks for trying though, good attempt! It just needs to be more in-depth, maybe with some actual tactics and tips to help you win duels.

Report them. Don't know if it's bannable or against the rules or not, but it might be. Ask Jagex if you're concerned.

Thanks for the replies! :) So is it selfish when you don't wanna talk about Runescape when you're not playing it? That's what i'm like, if i'm not playing Runescape (or on clan forum, or on Tip.It, or on Afflictions forum, or doing anything Runescape related) then I don't wanna hear about it.. Man, that is selfish! lol

lol Well to help my nephew out I sat with him a couple times while he played RS and showed him how to get a few quick levels and helped him earn about 300k (which is alot for a level 35, I think.. lol). I also helped him get the right kind of equipment and stuff that he needs to train his range and mage to a decent level for his level. I showed him how to smith, too. So after a few days he had a nice bundle of cash, lots of sets of bronze and iron armour, a few sets of steel for himself, lots of arrows, and runes etc. He logged on the day after at my house, I looked at this bank and it was empty apart from two salmon. :wall:

I'm pretty certain I saw you at PC... Anyway, yup, Torag owns Dragon Chain, but a Chain is still a nice thing to have, and is still something I hope to own one day, as opposed to Torags which is easily obtainable.

I left school a while ago and none of my friends play PC games anymore, so up until recently I thought it would be cool to meet someone else who plays Runescape.. Recently my 10 year old nephew started playing and when he found out that I do it too he started talking about RS and hasn't stopped since. I love the game, but to hear about it 24/7 is enough to make your psyche melt out of your ears. For example; Nephew: *Walks in after not seeing me for a week and doesn't even say hello* Nephew: "I got 11 woodchopping yesterday when I found this new desert place called Old-Karak or Old-Kareek I bet you've never seen it before oh [yes, he does talk without using punctuation or grammar, exactly as i've typed it] and I got 22 strength I bet my guy could kill your guy what level are you now how much is a" Me: "...." Nephew: "lobster because I just bought 3 and sold them for 20gp each I bet im as rich as you because my friend gave me SIX Chaos Ruins and theyre worth like 4million gps each so i'm going to do a quest and finish the game....." Me: "...." Nephew: *goes on for another 4 years until satisfied i'm dead* I hope I don't sound selfish when I say some things are better when you don't have anyone to share them with...... ;) -Ghost- :)
