you guys are wrong about it being rares.... these guys kept hitting in pits with dragon stone arrows , the spec was like every other hit -.-

i too was testing out some opal-lightning bolts the highest hit i saw with lightning was 15 also. then i tried some emerald-poison bolts, those were really awesome too!

You can tell what type of bolt someone is using on you I think. Like the emerald tipped ones have a kind of acidy effect on your target. And the visible effects of the other ones.

Is that effect only visible when the special activates, though?
