I'm level 29 rc and want to get it to 44 so I can finally alch my yew bows. Usually I wouldnt ask a question like this but I never rune craft so I dont know what do. I really don't have enough money to spare for the air runes service.

 

 

 

I think my best two options are using dueling rings to make fire runes fast or to just rc the highest rune at my level through the abbys.

 

(Depeding on which type of rune ess seller I find I would perform one of these)

 

Any suggestions or are these the best ways.

Craft bodies at edge, its really fast. You'll need some glories though.

I think fires using duel rings is fastest, it's what I did until 44

Fire crafting is a waste of alot of duel rings, you just have to recharge the glories and its pretty fast.

if ur short on money just make airs as u will make some profit along the way too..

bloods? He said bodies... Glory would be good for bodies, but the absolutely the fastest is fires, very little walking. Combine Ring of Dueling (for the way over to altar) and glory (for the way back) improves the performance of the fire crafting (its faster because you dont have to wait for ring to 'activate')

don't forget pouches and craft fires. this is how i got to my 44, after that it's natures allt he way.

And you don't want to craft body runes. You want to craft fire runes. The AK bank is short way from the fire altar. It is both in members and f2p worlds. :shame:

Due to the price of normal ess I'll just use the fire crafting way for quick xp and mabe I might make a bit money off of it. IF I get some pure ess on my hands I'll probably keep it for the nats I will make later on.

If you don't have loads of glories and/or dueling rings you can always carry law runes, an air staff, and just bank in camelot. One less ess crafted each run but will prevent having to recharge glories (if you have like 1-5) constantly and will cut down your duel ring usage by half.

 

 

 

I crafted airs until 14, fires until 22 (triple airs), airs until 35 (double fires), and fires until nats. Pretty decent xp/cash that way.

Personally I would say cosmic runes this is my method I did, and with the recent addition to agility shortcuts getting to the cosmic rift (in lost city), and the need for cosmics to get infinity items you could make a profit this way. Also if you have a friend that would walk with you and use pouchs you can make them REALLY quick. Any questions or anything pm me in game or forums.

That's not needed either. Just mine all the essence in Varrock take nothing but fire tiara with you to AK and you can withdraw some of the fire runes you used. :wink:
