Yea, every now and then I cut yews in F2P so I can report bots. But their names are always some weird asian name with lots of confusing letters and spaces. It gets really annoying, especially the wait 60 seconds to report again feature, but I can understand that.

Best thing i found to report these noobs is to write down their name when ur trading them :D so that way u can report them when they 'attempt' to scam you

Yes, they do. Put public chat on friends so you can only see yourself talking unless you have a friend in the bank. And say his name. Press report abuse and read the name from the chat bar while typing it in the report abuse screen. Simple.
or u could just add the guy to your freind list and copy his name from there <.<
