August 6, 200619 yr i dont agree with this, iv broken rules before and have had a file banned but, 1 oops cost 10 "at a boys". you cant forget about the players causing trouble, it isnt fair to the other players. If a player that has numbers of black marks and then all of a suden there a mod. They could creat alot of choas and confusion. Sees Chocolate should be a medicine on my life insurance plan

August 6, 200619 yr The main idea of being friendly is that you dont do it to get a reward, you do it because you're a "good" person.
August 6, 200619 yr I've heard variations of this where there is a "good-deed" report and after so many of these, you get a black mark removed, or some other in-game reward. I'm not keen on the idea because it makes bad behavior something you can bargain with. There's a lot of ways this can be abused, and the biggest issue is how to keep track of it. You realize that there are over a million accounts (or so) and only a small percentage are the real trouble makers. With an idea like this, you are suddenly making it "Ok" to break a rule because there's no longer the threat of consequence (or, at least, the threat is significantly reduced). Also, how would you "time" this period of good behavior. I was away from the game on my main character for about 2 months. Does that mean I get credit for 2 months of good behavior? Or do we measure it in online hours? You want to figure out a way to keep track of that? I suppose it would be an interesting statistic, but I don't think Jagex wants to get involved with that. - Sligo I know that you believe you understand what you think I said, but, I am not sure you realize tht what you heard is not what I meant.
