Its funny how back when I was a newb I didn't know how to do dragon slayer so I asked a few high level people, 70 and 80, and everyone of them said " go away noob" so i just had to struggle few and it took me about a month but I finally did it.

 

So when a lvl 50 comes up to me today and says help with dragon slayer? I think and say..sure. Because I remember when I was like him and was stuck and needed help, except I didnt get it. so I gave him a detailed walkthrough of how to do it and 10k for the 3rd map piece. I dno If hes done it yet but i hope he does.

 

A little pointless story, but just wanted to get it off my chest about how nice the runescape community is lol :ohnoes:

 

 

 

Also a minute ago i got chatted up buy some random lvl 82 who was rather er...'wet' lol. oh my god.

I have never been asked to help with dragon slayer, but I doubt I would help because I hated that quest, it was long and boring, and getting things for it was annoying because they were so abstract.

It's hard to help on that quest because it was so long and you did it as fast as you could and forgot it even quicker. But I've helped a few with what to do next in that one and the Prince Ali quest. But sometimes they don't get it and well :wall: i just tell them to use a website like this one.

Started out fine, helped the guy out and all, until he started becoming a demanding/annoying [puncture] in melzar's maze.

 

 

 

Then I just ditched him mid-quest.

That's weird.. I refused to help a level ~50 today for that exactly quest...

I've been at the Black Knights fortress training up on the guards, and plenty of people have come by. I must have helped 4 or 5 people through the quest (running round the building, handing out cabbages) in the past 2 days.

 

 

 

People seem more clueless these days than 4 years ago. But I enjoy helping, so it's all good.

The part about the lvl 82 made me lol, but yeah, I try to help. I've forgotten a lot about the quest though, so I try my best. I get asked quite often.

I'm usually helpful if someone has a question. I have never done the "Go away noob!" deal. That's just mean. I'm just too nice I guess. :oops:
