yah, im training my lvl 13 and cant remember a good spot, since it's been almost 2 years since i was that lvl.

Yea, i don't think that it has a name but there is a tiny hut where's low lvl goblins :P

for tonnes of exp, try them al kharid palace guards, coz theyre multi combat u can own tonnes at a time =p
