I guess you will be able to succeed lvl 80 slayer or even 82 slayer, but I don't think you will actualy make it all the way to 85! Consider that not all monsters are practicall to use a cannon to. If that 15mil is all you have then i would suggest no, but if you still have enough money left over to make that 15m back then yes it will make your slayer go extreamly fast. If the cannon hit no 0's, that would mean the average hit is 15 since it can hit anywhere from 1-30. But the truth is, the cannon hits 0s, and depending on what monster you fight you might hit more 0s than actual numbers. I think 10 is a very reasonable average. As for the topic, I'd have to say it would atleast get you to 80 slayer, but I don't think it will be enough for 85.
