it kinda makes me think at like in the year 2054 just a big war has ended and these are the ruins of the sity, i kinda get that feel.

this is just me but, i think the linework over extends on the graphics a lil to much. hmmm... but im liking pic in the BG though.

I like it except for the lines going across the whole thing. 7.5/10. If you took to lines out I think it would look alot better.

The line art seems too random and doesn't work coherently with the background nor the font. But the brushing is pretty neat-O :) .

Wow...you're definitely better than when you started...except at text lol. It seems the only thing you've learned is how to anti-alias (which took you quite a while). But yeah, the brushing is very nice. Good work.
