Your anatomy is awful...

shadeing is good, but it looks a little soft... no real large shifts in light\dark

the head is an oval and the hair is popping off of it..

the rat just looks plain wierd... ever seen a dog (i am assumeing a dog is about the size of a giant rat...) jump off on all four feet like that? ehhh no

lacks polish but overall not bad for a first sig... you need to work on anatomy though

well for a first it nice

nekst time try to keep these things i mind .

-clean out your lines befor u start( if u don't know hwta this means, read one of the pixel stickies)

-most people add aborder and tekst last

-avoid the line tool, when i say this i look at the arms and legs

-skin is bones with muscles, fat with skin around it try to make it look like that. because ur arms are sticks

-the shading is pretty nice for a first, but way to soft. the rat is hardle shaded.and the contrast between 2 tifrent colors is verry low ...

-study the anatomy of the human body and animals for that mather..

don't get me worng on this is good for a first but far for perfect ...

I'm sure wile making more pixels or skill will improve....

the hair is a litle weird but i wanted him to look surprised...

1) The main thing in anatomy is his arm :| You want to try doing that in real life...?

2)The rat, doesn't really look like a rat, so personally i think you have more then a "bit to do"

3) I like the hair....

4)Lol only used the pencil tool and not lign? Wow then that must've even took longer

5)Ummm....Trying doing a damage splot to a random monster and take a screenshot of it... then zoom in and see how it's done (maybe zoom into about 400%, i forget how MSpaint works for zooming :? , and then you could make yours SIMILIAR to that. :P

Hope that helps you out ::'

what arm right or left? left is easy and the right one ain't that hard either...you mean you can't do that? :?

:shame: If you tell people to rate/hate you shouldn't lash out when they do.

You shouldn't make his arms perfectly straight lines.
