I dunno, that's kind of a tough one. I'd probably dump my runecraft into Crafting to start, then if I was able to get another lamp, I'd probably move either my woodcutting or firemaking into my Prayer. If, by some miracle, I got a third lamp...probably transfer my Range into Smithing. Otherwise, I'd leave all my other skills alone.

If I could do a whole bunch of them, I'd drain all my stats to level 1 so I can raise attack, strength, and defense.

I would put all my defence, range, attack and strength exp into my prayer then i would put all my woodcutting exp into magic

i would use all my atk, str and def xp on prayer so id be a lvl 10 ( probably more its just an aproximation) with 70 prayer and 67 hp and very high non-combat skills for thet lvl

i would put all my mining into str for pking or my wc into my smithing and become rich selling rune pl8s. \

I'd put the 3+ mil exp in cooking I've gotten after 99 and put it into smithing.

 

I hate training smithing, and I'd still be 99 cooking so it'd work out quite well for me.
