Sorry if there is already a topic on this but search isn't working on my pc. Anyway can anyone tell me location for the sellers of team capes in the wilderness. I have looked around but can't find any of them.

I know there is one in bandit camp. I think there was a wildy guide which had all locations. Its on this site. But the cape sellers are P2P only.

I believe theres one by the chaos alter.

there's one in lvl 50+ wildy, at very nothern part of wildy and a little east of the agility course

U'll see him walking around in lvl 1 wildy by edgville, it's hard to miss him.
