Its probably just a glitch, if it really bothers you just send a message to RS.

Could it be because it's a RSC lvl 3?

It's not a glitch, the character was probably made in rsc. So when ppl changed over to rs2 the combat formula changed, so thats why you have 9 hp. \

that doesn't seem right, althugh I have heard of it before. Perhaps try reporting it as a glitch to CS? \

Why you guys keep calling it "glitch". In RSC you start 9, in RS2, you start 10. And when your character move to RS2, it doesn't bump up 1 level.

Actually in RSC you start with 10 hp but the combat formula is different... for level 11 hp you need 1,154 exp in hitpoints and in RS2 it is 1,358 exp. so therefore...since you can be below 1154 exp because you start with about 1017 in RSC.
