when it says to type in ur name n pass, i do then it starts to load for the next page and..... then nothin, ive tried everythin i can think of.

Because it usually takes a few mins/hours/days for your transaction to be complete.

i havnt sent them the txt to get the number thing to actually get members, thats my problem, the page wont load

Try using a different browser, try rebooting your machine.
