Anesthesia
I find: CustomizeGoogle Flashblock Forecastfox IE View Menu Editor Tabbrowser Preferences ...Particularly useful. Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.

Vape
The idea behind extensions is that you get ones which are useful for you - it's different for everyone. I'd recommend against Fasterfox, in favour of tweaking Firefox's preferences yourself - see http://kb.mozillazine.org/Category:Tweaking_preferences Flashblock is great for blocking annoying flash ads, but just click when you want to see them, and you can whitelist sites. Webmailcompose is cool if you're a webmail user (clicking mailto: links opens up webmail instead of your default mail app. BBCodeXtra is great for using these forums or inserting html intoy uor blog. Delicious delicacies is a must have for a laugh. I have plenty of others but they're for more specific groups of users. Where the bloody hell are you? yttrium88
AdBlock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what anyone else thinks about this extension, but I love it. It lays the smackdown on both images and flash adds. You have to tell it to block adds, so it is really more usefull for sites that you got to often, but the nice part is that you can block whole add frames rather than one specific add. yttrium88
Oh, and if you are looking for a great waste of time (who isn't?) I would suggest the Stumble Upon toolbar. If you haven't used Stumble Upon before, it is basically the best way to surf the best of the web, your best of the web! After downloading the toolbar you will need to set up an account with Stumble Upon (start by clicking on the toolbar) so Stumble Upon can steer you in the direction of websites that will be of interest to you. Icingdeath
FoxyTunes for sure. Puts Windows Media Player or whatever other media player you use into a nice little toolbar at the bottom of your Firefox window. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.
