Just kidding sort of, you are missing an important point though. A lot of people rc pk because they are bored not because they want loot. Getting defenders will just attract them.

Runit3hunt3r, lvl 110 put me up as a pker, i will generally have 3-15 other 110+ with me.

 

If any one is stupid enough to attack world 99 rcers and im on they will be seeing a lot of lumby.
