d3vilbro
I need to get from 40 to 55 Ranged so that I can start Ranging Lessers in Karamja. Any advice on which monsters to train on? I would like to pick up arrows, but if there is a spot which gives fast xp without picking them up I don't need to (as I have 14K Irons) Thanks I_Xpk3r_I: Future Mayhem Maker
steel9999999
well i just asked the same answer and they said to go and range black knights on oricle mountain. it just above dwarf's mine, and dwarf's mine is just above falcador. if your a member(which im not) you can do creature of frenkenstain quest and range the "experiments". proud owner of a crystal bow 1/7/07 :)my sig hates me, I cant get it to work :(
full_metal
You could also try the guards out on varrock castle. The minotaurs in the stronghold of security are also good as they drop iron arrows like crazy. But i would a) reccomend higher than 55 if you want to range lessers successfully B) you'll be much better off if you pick your arrows up. Its not that hard and will increase your exp gained greatly. Just cast curse on the monster to draw him over, than kill it, then your loot and arrows will be in a nice pile. ^Click for the greatest sig maker ever!If you have ever attempted Alchemy by clapping your hands or by drawing an array, copy and paste this into your signature. kwimbob
If you want to range them, then yah, I believe there is one from the giants. There's gotta be something in there against a wall with all the blurite and stalagmites. I think I saw something in the northeast part once. Combat 116+; Total 1900+; All Hard Tasks; (Nearly) All quest points; (Nearly) All skills 60+; An aquatic moose ninja.Currently: Using 63 hunter to get some of those "Chins", then I'm going to range stuff down. Interruptions of agility when I feel like it, as well. And lucky enough to get 4 Dragon and 6 Barrow Drops.[hide]Kwimbob now looks exactly like me in real life except for hair color. Yes, this means I look exactly like the protagonist of that certain anime that my second character, Faye_V is also named after. Yes, I bought a jacket that also looks like his. No in real life I don't have a slain bear to sling over my shoulders. Yes, I'm that skinny even if I no-life it for years in basements. No, I can't shoot a gun. Yes, I can win any other strategic video game you have never played - because I probably have, ahahaha. And yes, I also have brown eyes, yet one of my eyes looks different from the other. And yes, I'm completely oblivious to the [real] world around me as I constantly engineer new solutions to daily problems in my head. When I get hungry, all that isn't food can wait. When I'm sleepy - nothing is of any priority in front of sleep. But at any other time, I never slow down. Never give up. Never Surrender. Makes for a good life.[hide]YOU'RE GONNA CARRY THAT WEIGHT.- See You, Space Cowboy.[/hide][/hide]
twr_phr33k
I'd stick with the monsters mentioned on the guide http://tip.it/runescape/?page=ranged_guide.htm . But I trained on Hill Giants from 40-55, then moved on to Moss.
d3vilbro
Just tryed out the Fortress Guards and Guards in Varrock Castle. The Fortress Guards wern't bad, but I hated the Guards in Varrock. I am off to try out Hill Giants now, but are there any other suggestions? lol000999
When I trained from 40-50 I did hobgoblins. Then from 50-65 Ogres. Then 65-X on GDs.
