September 7, 200619 yr charter means character? Are you saying that a low level character belonging to your friend got muted? Or did a player named charter get muted? If you mean something else, rephrase please.... Please think before you ask a question. If you ask the right question, its much more likely you get the answer you are looking for :)

September 7, 200619 yr He'll be unmuted after 48 hours. Or however long that Jagex says they will be muted for. One of my buddies was muted for about 8 or 9 days!!! :shock: :shock: :shock: -.- and normally with a cool mind.(Warning: This user can be VERY confusing to some people... And talks in 3rd person for the timebeing due to how insane they are... Sometimes even to themself.)
