Yea its not so good. And dont say you spent 3 min on it, thats a lie. And if you did spend little time on it, which me guessing you did. Dont post it, finish it fully and then post it. Yea your sig needs work, but i think you should try making the people more 3-d. Dont try to make a scene first, just try to make a person. And then after your fully done with the person put into a scene.
