I thought about posting some intellicual content... politics infuriates people who do not agree with you. I'll try to stay short and conceise.

The event will never be forgotten, for obvious reasons. It will be written in the history books. The event may be perverted from there. We write the history books. Remember who attacked the United States and the greater democratic world, that is the important part, the event is already in the history books.

Yes, and everyone knows that the Koran teaches violence against non-Muslims. It literally says to kill the "infadels." So, the Islam god and the Jews' and Christians' God are agreeably not the same, since the Jews' and Christians' God does not teach to kill the unbelievers. This is what the Muslims say to justify blowing themselves up, flying airplanes into buildings, etc. So you're narrow-minded when you say they're the same because "allah" translates into "god."

I remember this day 5 years ago..

I was in 7th grade, and I just got into my Social Studies teacher's classroom and she had the T.V. in the room on, so I was like SWEET! Turns out it wasn't so sweet, but I didn't REALLY know what was going on.. I just knew something bad happened. A plan had crashed into this really tall building. Moments later, (live by the way), the second plane comes flying in from the side of the screen and goes right into the second tower.

It didn't mean a whole lot to me then. But that was 5 years ago. Now I'm 17, and I've been to Ground Zero twice when my youth group was at a missions trip in NYC. I've watched a few documentaries about 9/11, so now it's a touchy subject for me, and it actually means something to me now.

What bothers me is something I heard about just over 50% of Americans in some poll believed that Bush was responsible for the whole thing. (IMO) Morons.

And some *many* Americans believe Bush is a demon. *Sigh* Ignorance is so abundant in the world, don't you think? If only people in general were smarter...

I really doubt that the poll number was really that high.

Anyways, it's called a conspiracy theory. And most major world events have them. And the Bush administration is a popular culprit behind it because Bush used the tragedy of 9/11 to his advantage more times than not.
