rft
it just affects how long you can run for. If you saw someone running really fast, it is often due to a lag in the animations. For example, you see people cooking at catherby, and once you have finished cooking you click on the bank. However, your char finishes the animations first, then runs really fast to catch up. Its probably a similar effect. topide
Agility affects how long you can run and also how fast your run energy replenishes. The higher it is, the longer you can run, and the faster it comes back.

fx1970
ty i think you are right.. cuz i remember he ran fast then stopped and ran fast again so ya he prob lagged... ..and how much does it help? - i mean how much longer can u run with agility? like llv 30 and lvl 50 and 75 and 90 and 99? Maybe it was me :) it is not a lag, In fact if yuo high alchimy when running, you stop when high alchimying then run really really fast a short time to catch up a bit of the stop. So the tip is one high alhimy, click on radar to avoid stopping, then high alchimy once, ... I do that when i do hve to go to fishing colony or while harvesting herb patches
InkofDeath
also the amount of weight your carrying goes into the equation, someone who has 100 pounds or w.e. they measure by in runescape, and someone else has only 10 measures of weight, say the person with 10 has 30agility, and the person with 100 has 60, the lvl 30 with regain his energy back faster. Also those who say nothing helps you, boots of lightness.
