Big update on post 14

 

 

 

I am F2P as of now, but I am thinking about getting members soon. But I know as soon as I get it I will buy a bunch of stuff and spend it on construction.

 

 

 

Here are my stats-

 

 

 

 

 

 

I want to buy a Disk of Returning.

 

I want a Disk because I wanted a rare item, didn't want to be able to eat it, didn't want a santa. I will hopefully be able to buy a mask later on, but I don't want to aim to high to fast.

 

 

 

I will be mining coal, smelting steel bars, cutting yews, and merchanting (along with good suggestions I get from fellow players) to make my money.

 

 

 

If you want to trade me 2 coal and 1 iron for steel bars, feel free to do so, it will help.

 

 

 

Here is what I have so far-

 

 

 

 

 

 

Day 1- Sold all my stuff to merchant coal. Went from about 1.5 million to 1.8 million.

 

 

 

Day 2- Merchanted more coal, but also mined some. Went from about 1.8 million to 2.05 million.

 

 

 

Day 3- Bought and mined some coal (got 1000) then bought 1000 iron and started to make steel bars, I will get the remaining 1000 coal when I am done with these steel bars. I bought 1k steel bars for 400k. I also got to level 50 smithing today, but forgot to take pictures.

 

 

 

Day 4- I only played before school. I mined some mith and a little bit of coal. Just because I just got to 50 smithing.

Day 5- I was off the computer for the past week because I have a big test coming up, so I haven't been able to update it for a while.

 

I now have about 2.3 Million, I spent some money on PKing and took some time to get some skills up. I am about to spend 100k on crafting. The coal business has been going semi-poorly lately. I got to 65 mining, and gained a combat level.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Feel free to add me in game and give me suggestions to do better, or just chat. It can be very boring trying to do this at times.

Thanks for the support. I just bought 1k steel bars for 400k. That will boost me up just a little bit.

Good luck! Nobody has disks, and I believe they're about 40 mill (not even 45% sure, though) and it'd be awesome to have one!

About two weeks ago when I checked they were 18.5 million. On the offical forum just yesterday I saw someone selling one for 20 million but with no offers, so somewhere around there.

I have been off the computer for the past week because I have a big Biology test on Tuesday and I wanted to study. I will continue to update this blog.

 

 

 

Some things have changed. After I buy a disk I think that I will start saving up for a mask. I just love the look of those things. I still need your support so I can stay on track, and not level up crafting like I am now.

 

 

 

I am mostly merchanting coal right now, it seems to be doing ok at best.

Thank you guys for all of your support. I pretty much gave up on coal and am cutting yews. I gained quite a few woodcutting levels. My goals have changed a little bit, I will buy a disk, but I will hopefully be able to buy a mask, and then save up more for a disk again and have both.

I am 75 combat at the moment, and I have stopped training combat of any sort for a while now.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I need to cut 67,000 more yews for 99 woodcutting.

 

 

 

About 65,000 more yews for a disk, and about 94,000 more for a green mask.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If I can stay on track, maybe I will buy myself a disk for a 99 woodcutting present.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once again thank you for your support, and I should be posting in this thread more.

I just go to 76 woodcutting. I have 1400 yews and about 2.3M. I have a buyer arranged to buy 1000 yews tomorrow, seems like a very nice person.

Pretty sweet goal. I should create a goal for a rare too, although I can't even seem to get in the 5Mill+ zone, lol.

I just got to level 77 woodcutting. I am at 3 million now. I feel my goal getting closer. I also got a random crafting level from cutting gems I got from random events. I am now level 46 crafting. I think I have been cutting yews for about one week straight now, but yet I am not bored, in fact, it is really fun. I might just do this for the rest of the goal.

Well, I got to 78 woodcutting, and you know what I decided? I don't have nearly enough guthix kite's. I love the look of those things and have never had one.

 

 

 

I was browsing the offical forums (us free players use those to you know, we just can't post) and I came across a guy selling one, I told him I can pay him cash or 1k yew logs. He took the offer for 1k logs. I have about 900 at the time so I told him I could do 900 plus cash, or he could wait a little bit for the other 100 logs. He said he wanted to wait.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He logged off and I checked his thread and it said "sold, please close". So I sold my 1k logs, and went to buy one in world one. I found a buyer in about 10 seconds and bought it for 300k.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The guy logged on about 5 minutes later and asked if I had the logs yet. I told him I thought you already sold it to someone else and I was very sorry.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I told him I could give him what ever he valued yew logs at (had to be around market price), or I could get him the logs but it would take a while. I couldn't back out of the deal.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I just ended up buying 1k logs of a guy at edge yews for 310k and bought another kite shield. Now I have two, oh well, I love the looks of those things.
