September 27, 200619 yr Right click on the range tutor and press "claim range tutor". You get a training bow and 25 training arrows, all nontradable and pretty useless unless your under lvl 10 really 89/99 farming
September 27, 200619 yr All the guides are in the Lummbridge area (except for the Master Smithing who's in Varrock). Range Tutor, Magic and Combat Tutors are all next to Lummbridge General Store.
