there's a rare chance to lose your armor, so keep that in mind. Otherwise it's the fastest way to get tokens.

Will 1k tokens get u a rune defender?

Dependspurely on your luck. I oersonally used about 3-4k tokens ( dont remember now).

When you do lose the armour, is it usually one piece, or do you lose the entire set?

I have been using steel armour, and have lost 2 sets of legs, whilst gaining the minimum 100 tokens...

Rumor is that steel armour will break the most often.

 

 

 

I used Mith to get 2.6k tokens and i didnt lose a single piece.

The better the armour; the higher level, the more tokens dropped and the less chance it has of breaking.

Although you do get the most tokens from Rune armour it takes almost twice as long to kill the rune animation than it does to kill the mithril one and you only get 1.6x the tokens.

Yes you will only lose 1 piece of your armour.

 

I personally used mith cause it was easy to kill and the tokens were good, and didn't lose a single piece for over 3k tokens. I eventually stopped since I got 3 rune defenders and got bored. My friend broke his mith medium after around 2k tokens I believe.

I used mith and around 1-2k tokens. It took me about 2 days (6ish hours) to get my rune defender. Remember your RoW ;-)
