Crystal bow recharge

It's one of those says where i wish i kept of RuneScape :(

 

 

 

Earlier today I bought 2 crystal seeds and walked up to Isy-something, I forget the name (the elf that moves around isafdar). I taled to him and only saw a new bow option. Me being stupid and not knowing a thing about crystal bows thought I was scammecd with some other crystal seed bought 2 crystal bows, new and expensive.

 

Now that I look at what I did and how stupid I am (Wasted such a large percentage of my total money) the seeds were legit and I had wasted what could have been a recahrge cost drop, amongst other losses of money from it.

 

 

 

I'm now selling the items on forums wishing I never got into the crystal bows, but I've started and there's no going back without wasteing money again. So nothing ever similar happens, can someone tell me who (more importantly, where in isafdar) I have to talk to, to recharge my bow?

 

Tried the search button, came up with diffrent c bow issues.

Ifleen.. Isn't he the elf that travels around Isafdar (if not could can I get a vague description of his where abouts? eg. north aparth of isafdar, near regicide camp)? That's the person this happened with, is there any spot in particular that you must meet them at?

here is the map of Tirannwn, the Yellow dot is what you are looking for. she is located south of roving elves quest starting point.

Ilfeen is the Elf that recharges both bows and shields. She's north of the 1st. leaf trap west from the dense jungle of the town where u land with the crystal tele. Go west after the leaf trap, the north around a rocks with poison wire, then east into a small circle of grass between the trees. There's a 'asterisk' sign where she's supposed to be. Changes place every 5 min. or so, if not there wait until his next respawn. Chasing her around the forest will be at the expense of time and risk of beeing hit and poisoned by the traps there.

 

 

 

Isliwyn sell the new ones. He and his partner camp by the Magic Tree in the south path from the Forester of the quest. His partner sells and recharges the crsytal teleport stone. They too xwitch places every 5 min or so. His other respawn is by Tyras Camp. I like to go south after the wolves because its easier and closer to the tele landing.

 

 

 

There r several threads on this forum on rune arrows vs. crsytal bow, that show how crsytal is cheaper given time to his recharge price to drop, but somewhat slower for xp.
