October 7, 200619 yr ok well my str pure (cb 36; atack 40; str 39 atm;.. 1def; 35 hp.) is goin for dragon slayer :twisted: so far my pures been owning in wildy. :twisted: ... anyone think i should get higher lvls first or not do it at all so i dont ruin my pure? please tell me what u think. thanks Quest cape since Jan. 30th, '08
October 7, 200619 yr if youwnat to stay pure dont do it because the defbonus raiss your def to lvl 33 if you finish quest and if you downat to do it goodluck but a dragon is harder then a person in wild keep that in the bakc of your head so birng good food teles str pots and other stuffs

October 7, 200619 yr Seeing as at lvl 32 you won't pk anything useful anyway, you could go for being a low lvl with rune plate. Its tough beating elvarg with 1 def though, don't think you can do it, unless you have really high range or something. 89/99 farming
October 7, 200619 yr my friend did it @ lvl 31 with 39 magic, but he used a safespot, so i don't know if you'll use a safespot Retired from runescape. I will be on every now and then though. :)

You could train your magic or range to a decent level and kill the dragon that way using a safespot. I don't see what being a pure has to do with not having teleports. Unless you train your magic really high, it won't affect your combat. Anyways, once you finish that quest you won't really be a STR pure anymore.

October 8, 200619 yr Yeah, don't do it, unless you intend on being a rune pure? They don't get good until around level 70 combat though :P
