ok im lvl 105 and im bored so im startin a pure ranger and i wanna put stuff on him well i no its called drop tradin and its illegal but what if i gave my friend my fury and robin set to put on him?

Two characters run by the same person may not interact with each other in any way.

Then you friend would be out of 4.6m

 

 

 

 

 

Better yet. Lend your friend your stuff, who uses it for a week then lends it to your other character.

 

 

 

The thing is this rule has a lot of gray area.

You could come up with a hundred ways of transfering items between people. But it's still the same thing.

But once you give it to your firend it is official theirs.

 

They can do whatever they like with it, and that could be giving it to some random person who happens to be a friends pure.

Hmmm...You could say that with any item you have owned, for me when merchanting Veracs' Flails - i may own one on Saturday then sell it, then the next day i buy one on my other account (if i had one).

You are really not supposed to let your multiple characters have anything to do with each other...but...if your friend is a good one, he'll lend you the money to buy one, and your other acount decides, out of the blue, to pick up the pure's bill. But that's just my opinion, never tried it.

the only real way you ganna find out is by sending a query to jagex, this rule is very grey unfortunally

prehaps you could sell your fury/robin set to your friend for 1gp and by mere "coincidence" runs into your ranger pure and sell it to him for 1gp. as said above, once you trade an item it is not your thereby your friend can sell it or even donate it to your alt. yes this rule has so many loop holes.....

Your allowed to use other players to trade you things. Lol. Its like a present :) A REUSED present :)

No, this goes against this rule. You are not allowed to trade between two characters owned by one player. You would also be in breach of the Account Sharing/Trading rule (see Rule 6).

No, this goes against the rule. You may not transfer items between your accounts in any way.

How they're actually going to know if it's two from the same family, we'll never know..

Sell your friend your fury, and buy it back from him....

 

Its not against the rules, but it depends how much money u can buy back of him on ure pure lol.

yep it's breaking a rules, most of that rule isn't fair though, anyway have fun tring to get around it.

well if you sold it to him and then you made your pure earn the money itself and buy it off of him thier's that way but its kinda terrible =/
