You can buy dark gloves after you complete the Recipe For Disaster quest.

 

 

 

Start the quest by talking to the cook at Lumbridge castle.

You got to complete absolutely all subquests and the final fight in RFD. They're the best glvoes in game and have no negative stats, they're better then D hide and mystic gloves together. I'm not sure what they cost, was it 160k?

As everyone said above, completely beat Recipe for Disaster. Its mostly really easy except you need to have 70 cooking, start Legends, and beat Desert Treasure to be able to complete the whole quest. And dark gloves are 130k from the chest
