All I know is they aren;t bug abuse because every1 does them and jagex would definately know about them then. Today I was doing the walk around on chair thing and got dropped down an obuilette. I tried clicking out then using building mode and it didn't work. But then it paused and next hting i know I was in the wall. If you keep switching from vyrewatch to desert boots, you float up and down its pretty funny. There was also a bug where you could drop stuff while sitting and it would go on your head.
