October 13, 200619 yr Personally I'd do airs. :\ It's just was a habit as they proved most useful, along with minds. I can't say there is any real good way for runecraft exp in f2p. I wouldn't recommend fires, they're only 'great' on mems.

October 14, 200619 yr It not matter how much you get air per ess, For best ex result is body, they give highest ex for f2p, you only get xp from per ess not per rune so 6 air rune equal 1 ess xp Correct answer for "is this a question?"is "if it is a question then it is a answer!"
