October 15, 200619 yr I just went to see it last night, i thought it was funny but really political and another one of those political dramas. I loved the debate. It was soooooo funny! Mr. Dobbs, please go back to your podium! He just keeps on arguing. I do say, there was a lotttttttttt of funny jokes in it, but i wasn't too happy with it. What do you guys think?
October 16, 200619 yr I thought that It could have been a ton better if they haden't tried to make it a thriller. It had to good jokes in it though but it seemed pretty much just like Robin Williams stand-up. I would have dropped the entire scandel plot and made it more about the race for presidency.

Yeah, I didn't like how it was a "wannabee" thriller too. It wasn't all that good. Forgot to add that in the first part. I totally agree with you on it. Was plenty funny though
October 18, 200619 yr I wouldn't have dropped the plot to make it about the run for presidency, i would've made the movie about what he did as president...that would've been funny. But, overall i thought that i could've been much better, but it was still a pretty good movie. Maybe i went in with expectations too high. "El que no arriesga no gana"

November 2, 200619 yr I rather enjoyed the movie. Could have been better. Could have been alot worse. For me the best thing was the fact that there was several older couples sitting behind me and my girlfriend. I'm talking late 50's here. And I loved hearing the Old ladies gasp everytime Robin came out with some off the wall joke. You don't go to a political comedy/drama if you've got delicate senseabilities. ESPESCIALY if it's got robin williams. Have you seen his stand up people? "Your about as usefull as a poopy flavored lollipop"
