Willows for xp, yews if you want to make some cash too.

99 cooking / 99 magic / 99 ranged / 99 hitpoints / 99 herblore / 99 defence

Quoted for truth, wisest thing I've heard anyone say on Runescape.

I would suggest yews at your level. They give decent xp (willows ares better) and you can make a lil' cash out of them. Lot's of cool people hang out at yews also ;) You shouldn't get bored.

Go with Yews. At your level you could chop them fast and make some good money.

Expecting a good life because you're a good person is like expecting a bull not to charge because you're a vegetarian.

I personally would go with willows..

It's already going to take ages to get 99 on willows, why take any longer on yews? Plus on F2P, yews would be crowded with autoers, not saying willows won't be though.

Plus with willows, you can burn them to get close to 99 firemaking.
