Hi everyone, my names Gordo.I have recently been taking a break from RuneScape after the hacking of my first character Gordo525 made me quit RuneScape.Recently I started a new character and belong to a clan of RL friends called "the Sly's".If you see anyone in RuneScape with the suffix "da sly" or "the sly" on the end of their names, then post here!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thats not my main point though.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After quitting, I had a lot of spare time on my hands.I did a lot of things in my 9 months off RuneScape,but nothing could really ever fill the void,but I felt so angry that nothing could be done.So I did what I thought was best, and you may laugh at this but I dont care....I went back to RuneScape.I started and I found a lot of things had changed (besides the loving RuneScape community) and started skilling, as it was the only thing I knew how to do.Combat and quests were not really my thing,because my previous account had 101 combat and 200 qp,and it hurt to try and gain those levels back.Right now I am on the road to these stats:

I havent though passed that.Bearing in mind I work during the evenings and have college during the day, I am also an active member of the rastafarian community and play in a band,and have many girls on the go (I wish,theres just one).

 

 

 

My story probably won't interest you guys,but I though I would take my chances and keep you guys posted on my re entering into the RuneScape communitiy.By the way, I have already started!!I hope by the end of my "journey", that maybe I will finally find satisfaction in RuneScape again.If this doesnt fill the hole then I'm going o have to keep on searching.Just keep reading and I'll keep typing.

I was flcikng though the other Blogs,and I would like to know how peple get such great quality screenshots of certain parts of their screen ie invetory,skill page etc, and how people embed it into their posts.Can someone answer that for me please?Cheers x

I actually havent done much today.Thought to give you guys a picture of what my current account is actually like I will tell you my stats:

 

 

 

Atk:43, Str:45, Def:46, HP:46, Range:44, Mage:46, Prayer:34, RC:25, Agility:31, Fletch:52, Crafting:41, WC:58, Mining:46, Smithing:41,

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

All my other skills dont matter,partially because they are not high enough to be worth mentioning or I just cant remember.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Today I went from 45 Fletching to 52 Fletching,so now I have 1550 unstrung willow longs in my bank,and probably will reach 2k by the time I'm 55 fletching.My woodcutting moved up to 58 today after a long hard struggle getting it passed 52.Whilst at 52 my rune axe broke 5 times,lost its head 12 times and I had 12 chickens,14 tree ents, 4 Mysterious Old Men ,6 Sandwich Ladies and a partridge in a pear tree.Yeah.It was quite struggle but after much chopping, finally hit that golden xp.So now I'm only 2 levels away from my goal,its weird because I thought it would take me ages to skill it up, but obviously not......

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The only other thing is,when I get to 60 woodcutting,I'm going to break from fletching for a while because I need the cash from selling yew logs,so I can buy several items of luxury,i.e a Glory Ammy,a Rune Large Helm and a Rune Scimmy.Yes,I'm poor,get over it =)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thanks for your support Hiddendark,actually I only lost 4mil,not that bad,but i had a Dragon Medium Helm,Dragon Chain and my collection of 2,543 body talismans which I had been collecting since Day 1 of Gordo525.Nothing much else of value went down the drain apart from my quest points which I was kinda annoyed,but hopefully with the Forums support I will be able to get back on my training horse again.Cheers guys ,and watch this space!

Nothing done today unfortunately ,got my Glory Ammy done,completed Grand Tree Quest ,Tree Gnome Village,Merlins Crystal,Holy Grail and Dragon Slayer.Basically just quested it up =(

K, to get images from RS, hit the print screen button. This is generally located at the top of your keyboard, right of the F12 button. Anyway, when you've got the thing you wanna take a pic of, hit that button, then go to MS Paint or a similar photoediting program. Hit control-v to paste the image into Paint. Then crop away the excess parts of the pic, and save it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After you've done that, go to a site like imageshack.us and upload the pic you want. Copy the url and use this code.

Today has been less than productive.I have had some serious wireless problems, and downtime is at its maximum.I did however, manage to push to 53 fletching and take a few screenshots,so I'm posting them here now.

Technically its Day 4 because its 2am in the Sunday morning, just got back in from a night at the local, so I thought I would skill up a bit whilst watching a few films.

Day 5

 

 

 

Didnt log on yesterday, as it was a Sunday and I'm never online on Sundays.

 

 

 

Today I havent really done much to be honest.After gaining my 60 woodcutting goal, I had to find something new to do.I passed the time by getting some combat down,I got another defense level then got bored with combat.I dedcided that I cant stand combat, so I thought I would expand more on my skills,

 

 

 

So i started farming,yes I know, extremely exciting isnt it.Not that anyone reads this anyway, but it gives me something to do.I also cooked up some fish whilst waiting for my crops, and I'll use fishing and cooking as a pass time.Here's what I got today :

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Update in the next hour or so, just going to do some hardcore farming probably, either now or in 5 hours,because other people need to use my computer, darn them!

I know, the RuneCraftin one is purely optional, I hate RuneCrafting and I think I was meant to write "Prayer", that would make more sense.Basically at the moment I'm just getting a few quests done, just to get some boring ones out of the way, so I don't really have much to post about, on the other hand I now have 47 hitpoints and 53 fishing, so here is my quest list that I wish to do, it gives me more pics to post lol:

Another day, and another few levels met.I have recently got into yews, so I am doing some harsh amount of woodcutting to get more money.The RuneScape race is being held off for a while until everyone has the entrance money.The entrance money is 500k, and whoever wins the race wins the collective amount of money!Thats about 3-4mil if all of my IRL friends run the race.So I'm training up to get lots of money.I'll post pictures later.

Hey, long time no typeing, just really been deep in college work at the moment, sometimes it just kills you.Well I haven't logged on in a while which is a true shame, since I have forgotten what new sets of pictures I need to upload.Working on getting some new screen software soon, so bare with me on the lame quality of one of my last Imageshack uploads, don't know why it mucked up so much =(

Thanks for the support dude.Anyways there have been little updates because I have been real busy on my quest to make a mil, plus running across RuneScape trying to find the quickest route that does not use shortcuts.I have recently reached some new goals,havent done any quests recently, but I will end up doing some new quests at some point.

Cheers for al the support, it seems no one i really interested in the RuneScape race =( But to be fair, I havent been playing that much, just been working at college for the past week, God I hate deadlines!!!And the release of the Nintendo Wii in England is today so I was hiting that out a bit, got bored with it after a while, will probs go back to it later.

 

 

 

Anyways, I got my combat to 59, and I really need to get it higher, its jsut the fact that its so much effort. I would rather work on my skills which are already pretty high because its easier.Working on lower skills takes time away from getting my other skills higher.Anyone suggest any motivational tips to getting combat higher??
