Superheating ores is the fastest way to level smithing. Just Mine and Smelt the highest ores you can if they're slow respawning ores stick with Mith. But Steel Bars are still fast.

you can also mine gold and smelt it into gold bars

But if u want xp more than money smith the bars into items after.

I think f2p can use ring of forgeing(not sure) So just mine iron and smelt iron with ring of forgeing.

Nope, F2P cannot use enchanted rings (or necklaces for that matter).
