One of the things in runescape I'm most proud of is my level to xp ratio, whenever I look at the high scores chart I always, ALWAYS have the lowest xp for my level. Usually by a lot and as I said I'm quite proud of that but it has got me thinking of just how low I could keep my total xp while still making it to level 99 in all skills. I don't think its possible to get there with the minimum xp because of the ways the skills interact and the needs for cash etc. but how low do people think you could keep it and still max out?

I dont know, but probably quite low, I hear of someone getting a low xp at all the 99's but i think he quit. Why are trying to get the lowest, try getting the highest, but then yu will turn into a runescape addict who plays it all the time and neva talks lol. Try getting the higheest. Oh and I have heard of a low one, a lvl 3 who got 99 in all the non combat skills.

cooking requires only getting faw food, smithing requires only materials,

 

 

 

herblore requires materials and firemaking requires only wood to burn.

 

 

 

For these skills you need money and time.

theoretically, if you maxed all your skills and didn't train any past 99, you'd have low xp but high skills

you can get all skills at 13 mil xp if you train magic with non combat spells... and ranged at ranged guild mini game...

if you did it that way, you wouldnt be able to max slayer without going 13mil over the minimum in melee skills.
